Ed students in the English Language Teacher program. They are in a course about Management, Innovation and Change in Education. One of their assessments requires them to interview principals of both public and private schools so that they can compare/contrast public and private institutions based on theories of management, innovation and change. In this video clip, we get a sense of Ms. Maya’s philosophies about leadership and the future of education.
Her scarf kept reminding me of the Catholic nuns I had in high school here in the U.S. but her intellectual level of speaking is far superior to what I experienced.
Great editing by the videographer, by the way.
